Enjoy fabulous amenities and live steps to the beach in this beautiful unit that was remodeled to provide an additional sleeping space as well as the large master bedroom. It boasts a beautifully remodeled bathroom with tub and shower. The owner is also working to install a W/D in the unit within the next few months. This unit has beautiful Coronado Bridge and Glorietta Bay views that you will enjoy from the spacious balcony. There is a king size bed in the master, and secondary sleeping space has a twin bed as well. The unit is pet friendly. Owner looking for a September through May/June lease on this property.

Tenant pays for electric bill. HOA paid for by owner. Water/Trash included in rent. Unit comes with one parking space in gated garage. No smoking.
