Family weekend

13 people stayed comfortably in the house with ample privacy as well as together time. Short drive to a very nice / clean beach

The property is huge and well appointed. The host was extremely responsive. We stayed five nights over a holiday weekend with all our kids and grandkids. Since the house is split up into several different suites, each family unit had their own space, while we still had space to get together. The kids loved the large yard for playing. The proximity to Indiana Dunes State Park was great for beach days.The only downside had nothing to do with the property of the host. We brought our dog along, and when we walked him, two neighbors told us to keep him off their grass in an impolite manner.

Awesome historic home

We had a wonderful time. This huge home was very comfortable for everyone. We traveled with our 4 adults kids and their families. Each family had their own private area, plus there were common areas for all of us to gather. Great place.
