This place was nice, it was close and convenient to town and easy to get to the bypass if you wanted to go to pigeon forge. It was clean and easy to get into and out of. Will be back.

Check in and communication was easy. We even had an early check in that was greatly appreciated. We have stayed at several of these condos in this location. This wasn’t the best or the worst in all the years we chose this location. We love the indoor pool and location to the attractions and restaurant's. The place was nice and simple but needs a few things fixed and I’m sure it’s in the works. The fan in the bathroom was not working but the switch was covered with a plate so they are probably getting it fixed. The tub insert needs to be replaced or cleaned better because it was dirty looking or just worn out. I believe the tv reception could be better so the picture would be clearer. The bed was comfortable and we never used the tv in there so I don’t know how it looked. Would I stay here again? Yes! It’s just typical things that get worn out and should be fixed. We enjoyed our stay

We paid double the price for Laurel inn for one night that we would've paid for 2 at this place and I understand why

disappointed in a lot of things

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: our experience was the least appealing of all the many years we have stayed at the oak square. When we arrived because we were early I went to the front desk to see if we could check in. It was closed, so i went to the room. The code worked and when I went in, the room was nasty, uncleaned. We decided to go to lunch and come back. At 3pm, our room was not ready. It was being cleaned. So we waited awhile and finally got in. We paid to start at 3 pm, this was wrong. No remote for bedroom tv, and i assume i would have had to go to another location to get that. That is not acceptable for me to have to chase down items. Also, wanted to use outdoor pool but it had not been cleaned and was not satisfactory. The next day, someone came to clean it. My daughter did call the number and leave a message of all the concerns but no return call ever came. all of this was ashamed that it happened but it is true. We have no plans of stopping to visit the smokies but we do feel we were slighted on this one. Someone should of returned our call, and having someone on site makes way better sense. I mean, why should we have to take a ride in our car to get more towels if we needed.

There was no blanket for the sofa bed. THere is a rental office onsite which probably could have given me one, but I couldn't ever get over there when they were open. Right by Ober Gatlinburg lift! We have stayed all over Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge over the years and this was definitely one of the best locations, if not the best one we have stayed at.
