Located in beautiful Emerald Isle, on the Southern Outer Banks, Sassy Seagull West gives you their terrific oceanfront views and easy beach access you¡ll want to come back to, year after year!

Sassy Seagull West provides High-Speed Wireless Internet access for those of you that can¡t stay ¡disconnected¡ on your vacation!

Ground Level: Covered Parking. Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower.

Level One: Living Area. Dining Area with seating for 6. Kitchen/Bar Area with Microwave (no dishwasher). There is one Queen bed and three Double beds.

Amenities: 2 Roku TVs, Stereo/CD Player, Washer/Dryer, High-Speed Wireless Internet, Covered Deck, Privacy Partition, Weatherproof Doors, Central Heat & Air, and Gas Grill.

Linens & Towels Provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

No Smoking.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

Property was as expected, but definitely needed updating such as adding a dishwasher & higher standing toliets. Loved covered porch & short walk to beach.

This house was perfect for our beachfront stay. I love being able to see the beach from the house. I enjoy sitting on the porch and watching the ocean, while being in the shade. My husband especially likes being able to go back and forth from the house while fishing. The house had all the amenities we needed while staying in Emerald Isle. Being pet friendly meant that we could enjoy our vacation with our dog. We liked this place so much, that we already booked for next year as well.

Almost great house

This house had a great furnished covered porch with a view over the dunes and swaying sea oats to the ocean. Inside needed some upkeep. Needs reliable interior door locks, closure fixed on sliding door, new starter in outdoor grill, new hose at outdoor shower. These are mostly easy fixes but also annoyances and safety issues. Otherwise the house was good. No dishwasher but…No enclosed outdoor shower…We liked the house and hope it will get some repairs over the winter so we can rent again!
