The right half of the house is the peaceful bedroom wing. The left side has an open plan living/dining/kitchen with center island where friends and family can gather. Just outside the kitchen is a large deck (with gas grill) that overlooks the peaceful quarter-acre grassy back yard. Nighttime views of distant city lights wrap around all sides of the deck.

A short walk brings you to Depot Street with all its art studios, shops, coffeehouses, breweries, restaurants, bars and music halls.

Downtown and the South Slope (15-20 minute walk, or a short drive) are famous for restaurants and bars and breweries, shops and museums – and too many things to list here. It’s a 20-minute walk or a 3-minute drive to DOWNTOWN. Depot Street is just a 5-minute walk. The house is CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, so you can take a break from sightseeing or shopping to relax at home. Chill out in the over-stuffed outdoor furniture on the deck that overlooks a large back yard or dine al fresco. This is the place to gather on balmy summer evenings to watch the moon rise and to soak up the relaxing atmosphere (the deck is illuminated by low-voltage lighting.)
