The house was very clean and quiet. The yard was nice and we really loved the deck especially to watch the sun rise each morning. It was very close to downtown Asheville and right around the corner from the River Art District. We totally enjoyed our stay at Georgia's house :)
Very cozy and comfortable home. We stayed 6 days and no issues. We had everything we needed. Conveniently located to the River Arts District on a quiet street. We had our own parking spot off the street which was nice.
The host was especially nice and friendly. The location was ideal for walking or short commutes in the car. The place was exceptionally clean and organized. It was a great place to explore Asheville from. Highly Recommended.
This beautiful home was everything we looked for. Comfy, large beds, and an inviting living area. My wife, daughter, and I had a thoroughly enjoyable time. The home is indeed within walking distance to downtown and the brewery district. Georgia kept in contact and frequently checked on us. We greatly appreciated her professionalism and caring.
The River Arts Home was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with our pup! We loved the living area and outdoor space, and it was nice that the back deck was completely enclosed. Nestled right between the River Arts District and downtown Asheville, we were within a mile or two of a plethora of breweries, restaurants, and other fun spots. Even if you aren’t up for walking (it did dip into the 20s while we were there!), everywhere we wanted to go was about a 6 Lyft ride. We also visited Biltmore, and the entrance gate is only about 5 minutes away.Georgia was a wonderful host, and we are already looking forward to our future return!
Unfortunately due to a last minute illness, I was not able to make this trip. However my friends were able to go and had a lovely time. Georgia was very communicative and helpful if we had any questions. Thank you again. I look forward to coming next time.
The property was clean & well equipped. I would not say that is walkable to downtown. The fireplace isn’t operable, and the house Nextdoor has a large septic tank, and broken down car that is adjacent to the patio. If you aren’t bothered by this, then I would rent the property.
