Cozy Condo in Snowbrook Village With Pool and Free WiFi

SnowHaven is a cozy mountain condo ideally located in Snowbrook Village at Sugarloaf Mountain Resort. Nestle in here, and there is no need to drive your vehicle for the rest of your visit. This location has a great view of the pond and is 100 yards from the neighborhood pool house with its pool, sauna, and 3 hot tubs for exclusive use by Snowbrook guests. When the ski day is over, or you want to stay put by the warmth of the wood fireplace, you will have a big screen Smart TV with cable, free wireless internet (WiFi), and a WiiU console with games to play. Condo includes washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen. Winter season shuttle bus stops right outside the door, and the snubber line ski lift is a short walk away. Ski home when you are done for the day or just want to grab lunch at home. This cozy second story end-unit condo has two private bedrooms on main floor and awesome bedroom upstairs for kids to have their own play space. The cross country ski trail system is only a few feet away and you may see ice skaters on the pond. We are set up to handle your last-minute plans as our contract agreement and reservation payments are done all electronically and we can have you in the door within the hour once your questions about SnowHaven have been answered. Sorry, no seasonal or long-term rentals.

Kirk and Claudine have a wonderful condo and made the process very easy. They had a very thoughtful guide that included all the information you needed to know regarding your stay. Ski in ski out and access to the nearby pool made this a very fun stay for our kids!

Perfect Ski Getaway

This condo was an absolute blast. Perfectly placed for the day of skiing that never was… wind holds didn’t stop us and we still made the best of our stay. Games in front of the amazing fireplace were a great and relaxing alternative to a day on the slopes.

The condo is perfect! Comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. The location cant be beat. Close to the Snubber chair and the pool house. The fireplace sets the atmosphere and the beautiful view of the mountain. Stayed twice would absolutely stay gain!

The Easter Bunny Found us in Sugarloaf !!

This was a wonderful condo with everything in it you could ever need. The three bedroom configuration was perfect for us and our two daughters with their husbands. We celebrated Easter at the Loaf. Great Spring skiing. Easy access to the Snubber lift. The shuttles ran efficiently and on-time. We cooked a couple of meals and had everything we needed. The owners were gracious and very responsive. We look forward to a return visit next winter and would not hesitate to recommend this charming condo to anyone looking to sample the treasures of Sugarloaf, ME. The Adams Family

Kirk and Claudine are pathetic skiers but enjoy their time at Sugarloaf, anyway. It's so much more than a ski mountain! They purchased this condo in April 2014, remodeled to make it their own, and invite guests to be comfortable and relaxed.

Why they chose this property

The Lurveys find Sugarloaf to be the perfect family winter escape. Through the years they have stayed at various places on-mountain, but found Snowbrook Village to be the best place for a family and friends' getaway because of its ease of access to the mountain, ability to ski home, and of course the private Snowbrook Village pool with its hot tubs, pool, and sauna.

This property is the ideal location in Snowbrook Village. This sunny top-floor, end-unit has views of Sugarloaf, the pond and surrounding mountain ranges and is short walking distance to pool.
