PLEASE NOTE: For the 2023/2024 ski season - access to the mountain and acceptance of Sugarloaf policy is the sole responsibility of the guests. Likewise, the cancellation policy (or ability to change an existing reservation) will not be altered or manipulated in response to the guests' inability to ski during their stay (illness, wind holds, weather, etc...). The renters shall hold harmless the owners of this property from and against any claims, damages, losses and expenses related to illness and weather events.

This bright and clean ski-in/ski-out Sugarloaf Condo has 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms (king bed downstairs - with door - and one twin bed with two sets of bunk beds in an OPEN LOFT upstairs). Enjoy views of the mountain while comfortably sleeping 7-8 people at the end of a day on the slopes or trails. The end of the Snubber chairlift is 150 yards from the building!

There is a TV and DVD in each room (living room and both bedrooms). Two of the DVD players have wifi access and can be used for HULU, Amazon Plus and more. Wifi is provided for our renters. We have a small selection of movies as well as ample games to keep the kids entertained. The kitchen includes a full size stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge, dishwasher, and a full complement of pots and pans. A slow cooker and a blender are also provided.

We also have a boot dryer to dry out those wet ski/snowboard boots at the end of the day!!!

In Snowbrook Village you will find an indoor pool with three hot tubs and tennis courts. Access to Loop 1 of the cross country ski/mountain bike trails is also a short walk away. Once you arrive there is no need to drive anywhere as the on mountain shuttle will bring you to and from all local eats and attractions in the area!

All 90km of Outdoor Center Trails are included when you buy your lift ticket! The Alpine Exchange program allows guests to ski the slopes and explore the cross country ski trail network all in one day. Every lift ticket grants you full access to the trails for the day as well as free equipment rentals (9am – 4pm). For more info contact the Outdoor Center.

Winter: skiing (downhill and XC), snowboarding, snow shoeing, ice skating (pond on property), Outdoor Center, Spa with massage services, Anti-Gravity Center (fitness center, climbing wall, trampoline), Fitness Center (fee to access), Indoor Pool/Hot tubs, restaurants.

Summer and Fall: golf, zip line, scenic chairlift rides, unlimited hiking opportunities (Maine Huts and Trail System access), mountain biking, fishing, swimming holes and waterfalls, Outdoor Center, Spa with massage services, Anti-Gravity Center (fitness center, climbing wall, trampoline), Sugarloaf Guided Adventures (moose sighting, Canoe Trips, etc…), Tennis, Outdoor Adventure Camp for Kids
