Enjoy this 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway, gateway to the Gulf of Mexico, Sanibel, Captiva and Cayo Costa. Bring your boat for some of the most famous fishing in the country. This property has two boat lifts. Enjoy the beautiful weather on the patio, the town of St James has so much to offer. There are several excellent restaurants and bars nearby, as well as kayak rentals and stand-up paddleboard lessons. Recently, Pine Island has been named Florida's 3rd Best "Secret" Island by Island Magazine. You will enjoy every minute of your stay in this beautiful home.

Great location. Plenty of room for boat and equipment. Covered outside areas were very important. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable.
