What an awesome space! Right on the beach! Great for early morning shell collecting and late night moon gazing. Congenial, communicative hosts. Easy checkin-checkout. Spacious and ckean! Perfect kitchen - made some nice meals, lounged around the living room and played cards on the deck. Super comfortable king size beds. A pool, games, every amenity. Lots of good restaurants and beachside bars within minutes! It was perfect!

Good communication from host in advance of trip. Easy to connect with on-site manager if needed— though we didn’t need anything. Beautiful property, great view from balcony, super close beach access. Able to walk or drive to local stores and restaurants.

Pros: Communication was excellent. Location was good. We appreciated the stackable laundry appliance, the dishwasher, and great AC. Quality of the mattresses was ok.Cons: The rental was not clean...had not been dusted; the master bathroom shower was gross with mildew and did not drain properly; the master mirror was dirty; the bathroom baseboards and floors were nasty; the bedspread in the second bedroom was dirty and one of the bedside table lamps didn't work; the carpets in both bedrooms were gross; the table on the deck had not been cleaned; sand had not been swept off the deck; windows were dirty.

The condo was clean with easy access to the beach, restaurants, etc. Pup friendly and easy check in! Hosts sent lots of helpful information and ideas for our stay.

Took our two pups- we normally stay in kitty hawk at the Hilton - but this time we wanted to try something new and im so glad we did. This location is soooo good and the owners are wonderful. We will absolutely book with them again.

Great Stay!

Great stay at the property - well stocked for the kitchen and clean and large space! The location is amazing as well with a pool and the beach steps away! The only thing of note is that there are a few houses next door off the patio with 20ish people staying in each and it got pretty loud in the evening/not quite as private but no issues with noise once inside/sleeping - just for awareness.

We enjoyed our stay! Beach access is great and the condo had everything we needed.We traveled with our dog, there was a large grassy area where we could take her out. She loves the beach and the unit is literally steps away.Having two full bathrooms was a plus for our family. We were in walking distance to restaurants an a quick drive from shopping, mini golf, and other places to eat.The unit is on the side of the building but you could see the ocean! Host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Check in and out were easy! Would stay again!

We had a great time ! It was so nice being about to walk outside directly on the beach. The guys enjoyed the game room. The owners had great communication with us before, during and after our visit. We would definitely rent this condo again !

Location is Everything

Great condo in the heart of KDH with restaurants and shops in short walking distance and the beach at your door step. Quiet, well-maintained community. Despite the tropical storm we had a fantastic week at the beach!

Wonderful Experience

My daughter and I made our first trip to OBX and had a wonderful experience. The property was extremely convenient to the area, was very clean and well-furnished and the management company was quick to respond to any questions we had. We plan to return to OBX over the summer and will definitely use them again!

Condo was very convenient. The beach access was on the same floor and there is an elevator to access the parking lot on the ground level. Two king beds ample for a family of 4. Large outdoor porch which had a view of 4 large homes and their pools all lined up. No real beach view but you can view the dunes. BYO toilet paper unless you want “the kind they have at school, mom!” Also bring your own tissues, and bath mats. There was nothing to dry your feet post shower on which could potentially be a safety issue for slip and falls. They do provide minimal items like one towel and one dishwasher pod, but just bring your own preferred items. Communication was crystal clear and they provided many options for dining and sight seeing. They left a bucket for our use which was fun to catch crabs in! The ice maker didn’t work and they said they would send someone to fix it the next day, but we bought a bag of ice and were fine. Kitchen is decently stocked. Used the pool quite a bit too / they have resident floats and noodles available. People were all incredibly kind. Overall a nice home away from home and very easy to access the beach.

Nice location. Comfortable condo. Clean. Pup friendly. Thin walls so heard everyone else’s pups too. Some necessities stated as provided were not fully provided. Despite repeated requests they did not provide until the day before we left. Overall it was a nice vacation.

2nd Visit to Ocean Haven

This was our second visit to Ocean Haven. We loved it so much the first time, we came back again! This is truly a spectacular property. It's clean. It's spacious. It's dog-friendly. The owners are super accessible and responsive. The community has everything you need, from the pool to the gym. It just makes the whole experience so easy. We'll be back again! Highly recommend!!!

Oceanfront Oasis

This complex is AMAZING! Pool, Gym, Game Room and much more! Condo is right in the middle of everything. Ocean Haven itself was spotless when we arrived. Clean and fresh. It was spacious. We had everything we needed from towels to linens along with preparing our meals! Communication with Joe and Aaron was a breeze. Our family really enjoyed our time here! We've already re-booked!
