Welcome to the simple life, no parking garage or elevator wait here! Beach days are easy, this townhome is directly on the beach! Inside on the ground floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen, separate wet bar with ice maker & beverage cooler, dining area, and the spacious living area with views of the sugar white sands and PCB's famous emerald green waters. The living room sofa also pulls out into a Queen bed. Step onto your townhome's large private deck complete with BBQ grill and dine while watching the sunset. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower located on the lower level. For your convenience there is also a washing machine and dryer located downstairs.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, both with King beds and a twin pull out sofa. Each bedroom has its own flat screen television and ensuite bathroom. One of the bedrooms also offers access to a private second floor balcony overlooking the beach. TVs are setup for streaming services, cable is not included. This unit comfortably sleeps 10.

We typically have a larger group and try to find a bigger house but This space was perfect for the 6 of us. Tucked away from the busy road it was so peaceful and right on the beach! There's plenty of seating in the living room and on the deck for lounging around or looking out at the water. Close to all sorts of fun things to do and places to eat! Would definitely book again if we have a small group!

Street view was underwhelming, but when you open the front door and can see the view to the beach, you quickly forget. This was the perfect location for a gathering of friends. It's far enough from all the busy tourist spots but still lots of things to do near by. The townhome interior was adorable and very roomy. There were a few small issues we noticed (broken toilet paper holder, upstairs balcony door hard to open, downstairs balcony hard to lock) but none of this was a big deal and for the most part anything we needed for our stay was provided. I absolutely loved it, would definitely stay here again in the future.

There was more than everything you need here. A closet outside with all sorts if sand toys, umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, floaties. Upon arriving the townhome looked very old, but when we opened the door- it was very nice! Very spacious, lots of towels and bedding, all pots, pans, cups etc you could need. Not to mention the beautiful view from the balcony and deck !Will stay again!

Once we got in it was great. Better than expected.

We stayed three months to escape a north winter. The townhouse is right on the beach with a big deck attached. We walked on the beach and on the street. Several eating establishments are within walking distance. Signal Hills golf course was only a couple miles away. It was a very conveniently located for our needs. Spring break month was busy but not enough to keep us from doing anything. Overall this was a great place.

The first place we have stayed in the area that didn’t require you to clean when you arrived. The outside is old and rustic but the inside was very nice. Just feet off the beach was great and being so close to food and stores was great. Owner is there when you need them just a email away

Loved the home and location!!

My family and I just left out on Saturday and had a great vacation! We had a group of 10 and there was room for everyone (3 of these were children so we slept 5 in the Master bedroom.) The house sits right on the beach and everything was in great working order. The only problem we experienced was with the key pad on the door. When we arrived the cleaning lady was still there and let us in. We left later that evening armed with the pin we were sent. Upon returning to the house, the pin didn't work. Not sure what happened. Luckily, we were able to make it in through another door. We called and messaged the owner and ended up doing a factory reset to the code she gave us. She did message back the next afternoon with alternative numbers to try and apologized and said she had been caring for her mother. Outside of this it was an awesome trip and we loved the home.

Perfect! Absolutely the best! Perfect for the family! Easy access to the beach, clean nice~

We have already booked for next year! This is going to be our annual vacation spot. It is too perfect to pass up. We are not even going to think of the high towered condos, taking forever to catch an elevator, forever getting back and forth to your room to grab a bite, go the restroom, take a break, relax, cool off, etc. The facility is very clean, nice, up-to-date, accommodating, equipped with all essentials, perfect location, etc. We cannot say enough good things about this rental property. Perfect!
