We had a great at this property. The house was decorated so cute. There weren’t any complaints from anyone about the house. The beds were all comfy. There were plenty of places for seating, the kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood was so cute and the pool was very clean. Would definitely rent this house again.

Location was amazing and I was able to check in early which I appreciated a lot. There was a lack of toiletries for 7 girls staying there. No hand soap and 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 days. There also was no seasonings for cooking although they had many cooking utensils for cooking and no coffee even though there was a pot. Just a couple of random things that would have made it 5 star for our vacation. The place was beautiful and clean.

Thank you for your review. We're glad Heart and Sol’s location, cleanliness, and the early check-in helped make your stay enjoyable. I’m sorry you encountered shortages of toiletries, toilet paper, coffee, and seasonings — that should not have happened for a group of seven. We’ve updated our housekeeping checklist and restocked basic supplies (hand soap, extra toilet paper, coffee, and essential seasonings) and asked the team to double-check inventory going forward. We appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again.

It was nice I wouldn’t trade the unit we got. I would say don’t walk to the beach because it’s not as close as stated. Besides that I would stay again and recommend to others.

The house was a perfect size for a large group. Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen supplies but we did have to go to the store for more toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergent, the property comes with a very minimal amount of toiletries. If you plan to cook you will need to buy seasons, salt and pepper, etc. The house is about a .5 walk to the beach, which is a beautiful beach. A few stores near and a nice bike/walk/run trail near the house. We would stay here again and truly enjoyed Destin beaches, shopping and activities are all amazing.

We walked on sunshine and loved it!

From the description of the house and amenities to the short walk to the beach, we had an amazing time! The pool was closed for the first three days we were there but once it was open, we enjoyed it almost as much as the beach. This was our fourth trip to Destin and we love it more every time!

Nice Cottage close to the beach

It was a very nice cottage within a short walking distance of the beach. The owners and property manager were very nice. The HOA is strict about monitoring the vehicles parked in the driveways and not on the street or across the sidewalk. We received a notice but the neighbors were actually towed. We really enjoyed our stay and the peaceful neighborhood. I definitely recommend staying here.

Great vacation home

The house was clean and inviting. There are enough towels and washcloths for us. The stock of garbage bags, paper towels and toilet paper were good quality, not tge cheap ones. The kitchen was stocked with please of glasses, silverware and plates for a couple meals. The house had enough room for 8-10. Our group of 8 had plenty of room to have our own space. There was just enough room for us to hang out together for dinner or just chill on one of the porches. The location to the pool is just across the street. The walk to the beach is okay but we rented a golf cart which we drove to the grocery store and beach. The process to check in and out was easy. The communication between Tiffany was amazing. We were extremely happy with everything, not one negative. We will definitely be back.

2022 Family Vacation

House was nice, lots of space, great neighborhood and pool. Well maintained with everything needed inside. We walked to the beach a few days which is much easier than trying to find a parking place. Close shopping and Boshamps is THE BEST seafood. We will return for sure next year. Thank you for having us.
