The apartment is located in a house right on the water on Commercial St’s bay side with a private beach access. Featuring bay windows, reclaimed wood, a shared beach deck and a private beach access! The sunrises & magic hours will mesmerize you! This is your perfect P’town on the water getaway!

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a charming house on the water which has seen the likes of playwright Eugene O'Neill & Lauren Hansberry, novelist Ayn Rand, and actress Demi Moore. The house features multiple apartments with other renters & tenants. The apartment has a main space which features a living room with pull out queen sofa bed, a bay window with water views, a coffee table with a pull out desk to work on a laptop, and a kitchen. There is a bedroom with a queen size bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower. You will enjoy watching the water while having breakfast by the bay windows!

The beach deck is communal and is for everybody to enjoy!
