Beachfront 3 Bedroom Villa steps from the beach!

Enjoy this recently renovated three bedroom villa in Aqua Oceanfront Resort and residences, which is the closest villa to the beach. Playa Redonda is voted one of the most beautiful beaches in Nicaragua. Each villa has its one private deck, bathroom with shower, refrigerator and coffee maker. The villa consists of one two story Master Suite (King and sofa sleeper) with a kitchen and living area and two Tree House units with queen beds. The pool is centrally located and faces the beach.
The space
Urraca consists of three separate private beachfront villas located around the plunge pool which overlooks the beach. The two side villas each have private beachfront decks, a queen suite with attached bathroom and a dedicated workspace. The master suite is directly behind the pool, is two stories with a kitchen, living room and half bathroom downstairs and a king bed, teakwood shower and bathroom upstairs. There are decks on both floors to view the beach and Redonda Bay. The restaurant is a short walk from the villas. All villas have air conditioning.
