Whether you`re here for adventure, sunshine or a relaxing Southern Utah escape, this is the perfect place to slow down, soak it all in and make some memories. ☀️

These comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation homes are tucked into a quiet, private community on the beautiful west side of St. George. Surrounded by Southern Utah`s incredible desert landscape, you`ll be close to Snow Canyon State Park, Tuacahn Amphitheatre, hiking and biking trails, local dining, shopping and plenty of outdoor adventure.
Each home offers a comfortable place to relax and recharge after a day of exploring, with the added enjoyment of a shared community pool and hot tub.

Guests will have private access to the entire vacation home during their stay, along with access to the community pool and hot tub.
We want you to settle in, get comfortable and enjoy the home as your own St. George retreat while you`re here. Pool and community areas are shared with other homes, and guests are asked to follow all posted community rules and hours.

We respect your privacy and want you to enjoy your vacation, but we`re only a message away if you need us! Our goal is to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. I started out over 6 years ago just cleaning vacation homes and now I run them.
We love sharing our favorite local sightseeing and tourist destinations with our valued guests.

What makes Sand Point at Entrada especially nice is that it is peaceful and quiet with only 6 homes behind the gate unlike most of the massive, busy vacation home communities within the St. George area.

What makes this property unique

You will have peace and tranquility when you come home after a long but fulfilling day of hiking, golfing or sightseeing. You can sit out on the back patio in the morning and drink your coffee and enjoy the many birds we have here in St. George, including road runners and quail. We also have a little, local Bobcat that many of our guests have seen roaming around in the evenings out back.
