Kindly be informed that there is a supplemental fee of $150 per night for each guest exceeding two. If any issues arise during your stay, we always recommend notifying us within standard business hours (9am-2pm) so we can coordinate help. The resort has standard water heaters and you will need to wait a moment for hot water.
Insects are present on the island and you may come across them from time to time, we try our best to minimize their presence inside the unit by using pest control services.

These services cannot be declined by guests and you will need to plan accordingly. If the services are declined, you may be subject to the financial cost of rescheduling.

We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. To maintain a high standard of service for all our guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules. Unauthorized Early Check-in (Before 3 PM): $200 per hour
Unauthorized Late Check-out (After 10 AM): $200 per hour
Smoking (including cigarettes or vaping): $1,000
Undisclosed Guests: $250 per guest per night
Undisclosed Pet: $500 per night, per pet
Please be aware that if you have already arranged and paid for early check-in or late check-out, you are not subject to the above fees. These charges only apply if check-in or check-out times are not pre-arranged.
