Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Close to FAMU and FSU and I-10. Large Couch with unfolding sleeper, 2 rooms with queen bed in master and king bed in second room. Safe quiet neighborhood easy to get to and out.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Linens can-be left on the washing machine/dryer or bundled on the beds. Also, please leave any dirty dishes in the sink so I can clean them along with any towels or blankets as well.
After the final time when leaving the house - you can lock the bottom lock and not worry about the keyless deadbolt and locking it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
