It is large and nicely furnished.
The unit is on the 2nd floor and contains a king-size bed + bedding, Wi-Fi, Roku TV, A/C, kitchenette with cooktop, air fryer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, Dishes for 2, and cabinets .

LOCATION:
On Main St, Mechanicsburg, 15-20 minutes to Harrisburg city center and Camp Hill, 25-30 to Hershey, 45-50 to Gettysburg and Lancaster.

Guests who keep, and return, the unit clean do not pay cleaning fee. Otherwise: $250.


HOUSE RULES:
1. You will get the door code + Internet code + a tour of your unit with the "DO's" and the "DONT" regarding parking, trash, and emergency procedure - upon arrival.

2. Guests do not pay the cleaning fee IF they keep the unit clean; return the unit cleaned and intact; otherwise DO pay $250 or their deposit is not returned.

3. We conserve energy; cooling during Summer is set to 72 and above. Winter heating is set on 70 or below. Pls use water responsibly.

4. You are a guest and not allowed to bring your guests or visitors (others not on the reservation list). Unauthorized visitors will be trespassers and removed by the police.

5. House rules follow the PA Tenement, Lodging, and Boarding Houses Act.
The main items are:
no visitors; maintain a clean unit and quiet atmosphere; no smoking, no vaping, no candles or any open fire, no illegal drugs or excessive alcohol drinking. No pets. Report any issue 24/7.

6. We apply pest control and disinfectant as per CDC guidelines. Way before the Corona era, the spread of bed bugs was and remains a major issue. Due to our tight pesticide procedures, WE HAVE NOT HAD BED-BUGS EVER IN OUR PLACES. You CAN NOT come if your belongings are infected.

You agree to participate in the monthly 'Cleaning and Maintenance Day'.

7. Any violation may immediately terminate your stay, without a refund. We are Super Hosts that serve and accommodate SUPER guests only.
