Our home is a unique 19th century WOW house.

Due to the unit size, building structure, steps and bathroom design, type of furniture and safety issues, as well as excessive wear and tear liability, the unit WOULD NOT FIT LARGE FRAME PERSONS / ANYONE ABOVE 180 lbs.

The large and upscale In-Law unit has a separated entrance, queen size bed, private bathroom, 40" TV, kitchenette w Micro + small fridge and central air.

The unit is an equivalent to any fancy hotel room in the area that would cost $110 - 120 per night.

Our place is 25 minutes from the Capitol, 30 minutes from Hershey, and 45-50 minutes from Gettysburg and Lancaster.

Main St. Mechanicsburg is a great street to walk, dine and enjoy arts and crafts.

House rules follow PA Tenement, Lodging, and Boarding Houses Act.
Copy of the house rules is available; the main items are: no visitors, unless you are approved in advance; maintain clean unit and quiet atmosphere; no smoking, drugs or excessive drinking. No pets.

All Utilities included but during Winter months temp is set for the entire house and it is lowered during 9 AM-4 PM on weekdays. Check with us if you work shifts.

If you maintain and returned a clean unit, there is no cleaning fee. otherwise we charge the deposit amount.
