Newly Remodeled Family Estate.

This three story family friendly home has a new gourmet kitchen with a Viking Stove, Sub Zero Fridge and Sub Zero Wine Cooler. A spectacular 1000 square foot deck is just off the main living rooms. The bottom level has a master suite with a full bathroom connected to a room with four bunk beds. The bottom level would be perfect for one family! The main level has a family room, a guest bed room, 1/2 bath, new gourmet kitchen, dinning room and living room. The upper level has a library/office, master suite with an amazing steam shower, and three additional bedrooms with a separate bath. There is also an attached Nanny unit. The Nanny unit has a play room for kids, a bedroom for a caretaker as well as a bathroom. A caretaker and or nanny is available upon request. Beautiful reclaimed hardwood floors from Boston Harbor are throughout this lovely family home .

Amazing home and location

Our annual family and friends ski trip was made even better by staying at this beautiful home! The location is perfect - close to beaches and Diamond Peak as well as Mt Rose. It was immaculate and had more than we could ask for.

Extended Family

Three generations were able to stay in the well appointed house. With three levels, there was plenty of room to gather together or find some quiet time alone. The location was close to every spring activity in North Lake Tahoe; zip line, hiking, boating, gambling and shopping.

Good family retreat

This was a good place for our first post COVID family gathering. Celebrated mom’s belated 90th birthday. Overall the home was nice if in need of a refresh. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and close to the lake.

Awesome Family-friendly Home

We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations for our family, ranging in age from 7 months to 73 years. Kitchen completely stocked and very functional. Deck perfect for outdoor dining. Backyard play area was safe and inviting. Close proximity to beaches, walking paths and shops. Overall, a wonderful family vacation home.

Family reunion

We had the most wonderful stay Sam’s place in Incline Village. We were a group of seven adults and our two yr old grandson. The house is very spacious, we all had room to spread out and the house is very well stocked. We like to cook as a family and I can honestly say that this house is a cook’s dream. It was also very well set up for our little grandson with a travel cot, toys, books and a garden he didn’t want to leave. Sam is a very responsive host and was incredibly helpful when we were looking for child friendly activities when the weather turned bad. With a son living in California we will be back, we loved our stay

A wonderful Stay...Thanks!

Our group consisted of four families (16 people). Ages ranged from 19 to 80, and the house exceeded expectations. It was so nice to arrive and see that the VRBO description and pictures very accurately matched the actual property. We all had a great time at the house. It is spacious, warm, clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The back yard is quite large, with a wonderful elevated deck. Beaches are easily within walking distance, and casino is less than a 15 minute walk along beautiful Lakeshore Dr. I highly recommend this property. The owner is very fair and promptly responded to all my questions. I've rented several properties in the past, and would place this one at our near the top of the list. I hope this house is available next time my family needs a place to stay in North Shore...I'll definitely give the owner a call!

Beautiful Home

The home is fantastic. Fabulous for our family reunion. The backyard was a great play area for the very young children in our group. What I wish we knew before renting in Incline Village: Renters do NOT have access to the beaches in Incline Village. Sand Harbor is a beautiful beach, BUT you have to arrive no later than 7:30am in order to get access. The parking lot fills up quickly. They close the parking lot. They do not allow you to drop off members of your group after the parking lot is closed. This was very disappointing to learn after we had committed to the rental. We loved the house, but the situation with no access to the Incline Village beaches did cause us a bit of angst.

Great place!

Great home for a group ski trip. Heated floors, large kitchen and main area. Large backyard with a play structure for kids to throw snowballs and even sled on some mounded up snow drifts! Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and a separate large room for kids to watch a movie. Nice warm garage and a circular driveway provide plenty of parking options. Mud room with plenty of space for snowy boots and ski gear. Only thing that could make this property better would be a hot tub! :)

Excellent Property

We had plans to rent a VRBO in South Lake Tahoe for Labor Day weekend but the CALDOR fire caused an evacuation so we switched our plans to the North Shore and found this house available. Great place for big families. Fenced in backyard with a tree house was spectacular. The house was big but it felt cozy. Kitchen was well stocked. It had everything that I would want my guests to have if it was my house. We plan on coming back Thank you for accepting our last minute reservation request. We had such a good time

A beautiful property and home with plenty of room to enjoy and gather for a larger group. Kid friendly with a large backyard with a tree house and playroom with games and plenty of books for children and adults. The kitchen was well equipped (sharp knives, Wolfe range, and more )and fun to cook in. Friendly, comfortable spaces in the house and large deck for outside dining. Beautiful, large backyard. Sam was friendly and quick to respond to any questions which I appreciated. A wonderful experience for us all... from 4 to 77 years young. A warm and comfortable home for all to enjoy!

Perfect large group rental

If you need a kid and pet friendly house large enough for your multiple families and dogs, this is it. We were four families and everyone had their own sleeping areas and the common areas, especially the back yard, were ideal for the little people. Sam was quick to respond to any concerns. The house was immaculate when we arrived. We will consider staying there again next year.

Why they chose this property

Our family lived in Incline for years and found it to be extremely beautiful, quiet and convenient to the airport in Reno. The skiing is amazing too!

What makes this property unique

There is a great family friendly ski resort a few minutes away from this home (Diamond Peak) as well as many world class ski resorts within a short drive. There are also two amazing golf courses in town. The home is walking distance Incline Recreation Center, The Hyatt and several good restaurants. Weddings are not allowed.
