Villa has 2 master king suites, 3rd has queen & bunk beds & additional queen sleeper in den. 5 minute walk across the street to beach with designated cabana bath for convenience. Fully equipped for all your needs, beach chairs, towels, umbrella & beach trolley. Outdoor table & gas grill on deck. 2 pools in complex. Parking for 2 vehicles only.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please clean the grill outside. Grill cleaner is under the kitchen sink and brush should be outside by the grill. Please turn the thermostat to 70° and leave it.
Please wash all the beach towels that were used and return them to the proper bedroom closet upstairs. The housekeepers are not responsible for the beach towels and we appreciate your assistance.
Please wash all of the chairs and umbrellas and return to the bin outside. The hose is on the deck for your convenience.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Property is nice and was true to the pictures. Clean and in a nice location for all in coligny beach. Property manager was quick to respond to any and all questions. Had the space for 3 families, total 6 adults and 3 kids plus an infant. Would stay again and recommend. Having visited coligny beach many times before, walking distance to everything and just being able to park your car and not move it until you leave is so great!

Great weekend

It was great! Dana’s place has an excellent location just 2 minutes from the beach and maybe 5 minutes from restaurants and other entertainment. This place was sparkling clean, has a lot of resources to make a family stay comfortable. We enjoyed it very much The only down was parking, I hope i would’ve known only two cars have access to park in the community, we had a total of 4 and have to park 15min away, otherwise the other 2 cars had the risk to get towed.Everything else was perfect for us. I’m giving 5 star! Thank you Dana and husband!

Why they chose this property

We love Hilton Head Island and have enjoyed going there for over 20 years. We appreciate our villa because we are close to all the action and right across the street from the beach. We eapeciallycl love biking everywhere and spending time afternoons on the beach

What makes this property unique

Our villa is great for sharing with other couples and families. We like the private area in the back because its quiet and nice for hanging out with friends and family.
