This stylish single-family home is located in the new Sea Glass and Blu Stand neighborhood which is military and children-friendly. It is modern, safe, and private all within biking distance to the Navy outlying field and Imperial Beach complex. Less than a 20-minute drive to many other area military bases! Talk about convenience with Commissary and Gas available at the Outlying field less than 2 miles and the beach is only another mile down the road! Imperial Beach has many new restaurants and activities to enjoy, but you can always hop on the MTS tram and be in the downtown/gas lamp district in about 20 minutes if you want more options.
