When you raised these topics during your stay, I believed our discussion clarified what we provide. Your review suggests further clarification is needed. I do not provide food or coffee because allergies, dietary needs, and personal preferences vary. Choosing one type of coffee will never satisfy everyone. Instead, I provide a Keurig, a drip coffee maker, a water steamer, and an electric water heater so guests can prepare the tea or coffee they prefer. These amenities give you the freedom to choose your own products. That distinction should also be clear in the listing. Regarding children’s amenities, we provide a Pack ’n Play and TV tray tables. We do not provide shared toys. Toys can carry germs between children, and my choice of toys would not suit every child’s age or interests. Families should bring their children’s preferred toys. I focus on doing the simple things exceptionally well: providing an extra-clean, comfortable, carefully maintained home where guests can settle in and rest. I appreciate your acknowledgment that the home was very nice and clean and that I was responsive. I understand that I cannot meet every personal preference. However, I take pride in the home and service I provide, and I stand behind the care that goes into both.

We take sanitation seriously, thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing the house between every stay. All guests are also asked to remove their shoes upon entering, helping us maintain a fresh and sanitary environment. The home is ideally located for guests who want to enjoy exciting city life, wine and dine, explore nearby attractions and local favorites, or simply relax in a quiet and comfortable setting.
