Modern Farmhouse With Stylish Design In Edgartown

POINT B EXCLUSIVE - This newly built Modern Farmhouse has a fresh and stylish design throughout.

The first-floor features a light-filled open floor plan with Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas. The Living Area anchors one end of the space and is centered around a gas fireplace and large screen TV with sofa and chair seating. The Kitchen and Dining Area anchor the other end of the room. The Dining Area has a vaulted ceiling and is framed by three walls of glass windows and sliding doors that open to the large back deck. The fully-equipped Chef's Kitchen has a large center prep island/breakfast bar, stainless Fisher and Paykel appliances, and quartz counters. Just off the Kitchen is an additional prep area and bar area, with additional sink and wine refrigerator. Full interior photoshoot and pictures coming shortly.

There are two Primary Bedrooms, including one on the first-floor. They both have deluxe private en suite bathrooms. The second Primary Bedroom and the two other Bedrooms are all located on the second floor. In addition, there is an Office/Den on this floor as well.

Outdoor entertaining unfolds across the large mahogany deck. It has both open and covered portico space with TV, sitting area, dining, and grilling area. There is a circular drive approach and nicely landscaped grounds and gardens. The new home is on a quiet side street off the main road leading into downtown Edgartown. The Village is about a mile and a half away and the bike path is at the end of the road.

Our family of 6 adults and one 18-month-old enjoyed this beautiful home for 7 days. We visited Martha’s Vineyard the first week of June when the weather was nice and before the crowds. The home is conveniently located and even more beautiful in person than the photos show.

We came for quick getaway. The home beautiful with a fully stocked kitchen of all items to dive in and cook; ofwhich we fully took advantage . Outdoor table and seating area perfect! Quick drive into Edgarton, or ten minute bike ride… recommend highly!

When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned by the outside agency hired to do so. Once the managing host was notified, the property was cleaned and very welcoming. The home is perfect and just as it is pictured. The host and owner went out of their way to rectify the cleaning situation and professionally made a great impression.
