About this property

Renovated in 2018 and stocked with everything you need for a fun and relaxing island getaway, this 4BR, 3.5Bth is located just a 1/2 mile from downtown Edgartown's shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the renowned Morning Glory Farm for coffee, local and organic produce, baked goods, prepared foods, and more. Playgrounds, tennis/basketball courts, outdoor gym, walking trails, and the public library are all within half a mile. Bike or drive 3.5 miles to South Beach, 2.5 miles to State Beach, or 1 mile to Fuller Street Beach.

You will feel right at home the moment you enter the foyer which leads to a large open kitchen with a Caesarstone island that seats four and dining table that accommodates ten - perfect for entertaining friends and family. There is a large walk-in pantry for storage and a powder/laundry room. The spacious master bedroom with king sized bed and updated master bathroom overlook a lovely backyard bordering protected farm land. There are two additional bedrooms in the main house, one with a queen sized bed, the other with two twin beds. The two bedrooms share a newly renovated (2022) Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub. The living room with fireplace also offers great views of the back yard and conservation land beyond. A comfortable den off of the kitchen has a 55" TV for movie nights.

A one bedroom apartment - attached to the house but with a separate entrance - comes complete with a living room and galley kitchen. The apartment has a small full bathroom with shower, a bedroom with one bunk bed and one twin, and a living room with three day beds. The apartment is close enough for kids and parents to feel comfortable, but also provides everyone their own space.

Enjoy all summer has to offer by using the outdoor shower/changing room, hammock, gas and charcoal grills, and patio.

Amenities include wifi, air conditioning, sound system, and a storage room full of beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. This home has been in our family for three decades. It's a perfect rental for a larger family, or for two families who want to vacation together, which is how we have used it over the years ourselves.

Massachusetts now charges 9.7% state and local tax on short term rentals. We typically rent Saturday to Saturday.

Amazing Girls Trip House

Had a fantastic long weekend in Edgartown. House was perfectly located, 15 min walk to town, 15 min walk to Morning Glory Farm and the bike path runs right in front of the house to access other parts of the island. House has a well appointed kitchen and very comfortable. Hosts were extremely helpful before and during the trip.

Family friendly, great location, all the toys!

We loved our time at this fun property! From start to finish, the hosts were responsive and provided everything we needed for a most memorable family vacation. Lawn games, board games, beach gear, the place was stocked! In between Morning Glory Farm and Edgartown, the location was perfect. Super cute and cozy decor, we would book again in an instant!

Edgartown gem
