Wonderful stay in a quiet neighborhood that is convenient to everything we were looking for. The host was great and the home was spotless. Thank you for a great, clean, spacious home to relax in after a day of adventures.
We stayed here as an all adult family weekend getaway. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and plenty of seating for all 5 of us. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. I feel the shining star of this rental was the owner communication. I didn't reach out a lot but my few questions were answered promptly. Checkout instructions we very simple, unlike some places where you clean for an hour and then still have to pay a cleaning fee. I would definitely stay again!

That's exactly what we were going for, lol. Thank you!
This home is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge. It is just off the main road, making trips in and out of town or the national park quick and easy. Theres a Food City just around the corner- very convenient if you prefer cooking on vacation rather than eating out. Its very cozy and we enjoyed the retro feel of the common areas with updated appliances and facilities. My family really felt at home here while on vacation 300 miles from home. The host, Tony, is very easy to stay in contact with and responds quickly. We would love to stay here again!
Quiet neighborhood, easy to get too. Comfortable and clean accommodations. Family enjoyed hanging out and playing provided board games with our #volfootball73! He beat his sister at scrabble. Host was very attentive and answered all questions promptly.
We communicated with the hosts to tell them we were bringing our baby with us, and they made sure we were all set up! This was such a cozy home! My family loves to play games, so we were excited to see lots of games available! They provide so many awesome home amenities to make it feel like a second home during the vacation!

Thank you so much, We look forward to your return!
Our family had a nice stay for Christmas. Peaceful location, flat driveway. House was clean and decorated inside and out. Dish/laundry soap included. Kitchen was decently stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Our only concerns were that the beds were very firm and the downstairs bedroom was a little colder. An extra blanket in that room would be nice.

Thank you for the feedback. We now have a space heater for that room
Perfect location! Deer and rabbits greeted us on arrival!
Home was as listed and was well supplied with necessities and clean.
The neighborhood was quiet, and easy to get to everything, including attractions, shopping, restaurants. The host even supplied lots of things for the kids, safety gate for the stairs, pack n play, kids shampoo, toys and books plus more.
I will say, as others have said a door or a curtain on the master bath would be nice.

Thank you for the feed back, Our home will be always improving to make our guests even more comfortable. For those reading your review, it is important to note that the master suite is a private bedroom but the attached master bathroom (accessible only from master bedroom) has an open door way to a large bathroom. We will be installing a door of some kind soon. We are glad you enjoyed the necessities, toys and books. We want it to feel like a home away from home!
This house is just as advertised. It's in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. I was there with a group to play golf, and each course we played was about 10 minutes from the house. It was HOT the weekend we were there, and the AC was actually cold and much appreciated. All the beds were comfortable. The host was wonderful -- I actually left some shirts in a closet and he agreed to mail them back to me, which I know meant another chore for him. I would absolutely stay here again!

Thank you so much for your kind words, my wife and I have put everything we have into our VRBO and we want it to be as comfortable as possible for our guests. Thanks again come back soon
Our son is a sophomore at UTK and we wanted to spend his birthday weekend in the area. Great location to both Knoxville and all Sevierville and Pigeon Forge has to offer. Towels and toilet paper were very well stocked. We usually expect to have to buy supplies but not for this house. Nice quiet neighborhood. Communication with owner was great and he was very responsive to questions. We will definitely look to book this again.

We are thrilled your stay was enjoyable. We look forward to your return!
First, Tony was great with communications! We found the
house more than adequate. Liked the cleanness of the
house. Nice location, only 5 minutes or less to I 40 and
our golf destinations! Two minor things. The water and ice would not work in the fridge! After 5 days, we found out to get hot water in the kitchen sink, the handle needed to be turned to the right, where most handles turn to the left to get hot water. Those two were our only
minor issues!

Thank you for the feedback! We will get the water lines switched ASAP. We realize the water and ice dispensers on the door of the fridge does not work but we always leave a jug of spring water on the counter for coffee and refreshment. We are continually making upgrades to our home for the guest comfort.
Property was clean and as described. Bed setup was perfect for our family. The house is a split level, so not suitable for handicapped individuals. Downstairs has 1 bedroom and 1 sitting room with Playstation. Beds/furniture were comfortable and air conditioner works great. Host provided shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. House is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. We saw deer at nighttime. It's located close to the main road and about 30 min to Dollywood.
Things I would change: add a curtain or some kind of privacy for master bathroom cause there's no door. And carpet is old and looks like it could use a good professional clean.
Overall, the house was great and worked for our family.

About the host

We moved to Sevier County in 2007 from Indiana. I have managed and performed in local theaters and hospitality for several years. My wife and I enjoy living in this amazing area. Just ask if you have any questions about things to do.
Why they chose this property
Kodak is an incredible area to settle in. Close enough to all the fun, but very relaxed when you want to decompress and enjoy the family and friends.
What makes this property unique
This property is a labor of love for my wife and I, It took several months of work, mostly on weekends, to get it put together for future guests to enjoy this area as much as we do. We have invested in your experience with several details that will make you feel welcome. We even have some "selfie areas" if you want to share the experience with family and friends!
