Ye Olde Sailor is a fully furnished 3-bedroom riverfront home near Alberton, PEI, with something you definitely won`t find in your average furnished rental: your own indoor hot tub and cedar sauna.

During the winter season, Ye Olde Sailor is especially well suited to healthcare professionals, temporary work assignments, corporate stays, relocations and guests needing comfortable furnished accommodation for 28 nights or longer.

Utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi and snow removal are included during qualifying extended winter stays, so you can arrive, unpack and get on with life.

And when summer arrives? The river becomes the main event.

With direct water access, SUP boards, outdoor space and beautiful Western PEI within easy reach, Ye Olde Sailor makes a fantastic home base for experiencing an Island summer.

YOUR OWN INDOOR HOT TUB + CEDAR SAUNA
This might be our favourite part.
After a day exploring PEI—or after a long shift at work—you don`t have to go anywhere to unwind.
The indoor hot tub and cedar sauna are right at home and available for guest use.
Cold PEI winter outside. Hot tub inside.
We can work with that.

EXTENDED WINTER STAYS
Ye Olde Sailor is available for extended furnished winter stays through May 31.
It`s particularly well suited to:
• Healthcare professionals and travel nurses
• Locums and temporary medical placements
• Corporate and project-based workers
• Government and contract employees
• Relocations
• Insurance/displacement stays
• Other temporary work assignments

For qualifying extended winter stays, utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi and snow removal are included.
Instead of spending months living out of a hotel room, you`ll have three bedrooms, a full kitchen, laundry, parking and room to actually settle in.

SUMMER AT YE OLDE SAILOR
When PEI warms up, this place becomes an entirely different experience.

Step outside to the river, grab one of the provided SUP boards, spend the day exploring Western PEI or head for the beach.

Then come home, fire up the sauna or hot tub and settle in for one of those long PEI summer evenings that somehow make you forget what time it is.
If you`re coming for the beaches, seafood, salt air, red dirt roads and sunsets you`ll talk about all winter—you`ll be right at home here.

LOCATION
Ye Olde Sailor is located near Alberton in Western Prince Edward Island, giving you a quieter country setting without leaving you stranded from everyday necessities.

You`ll have convenient access to groceries, restaurants, coffee, healthcare and other amenities, including nearby Western Hospital.

The surrounding area also puts you within reach of some fantastic Western PEI destinations, including:

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have private access to the home, including the three bedrooms, kitchen, living areas, bathroom, laundry, screened-in porch, indoor hot tub, cedar sauna, yard and riverfront.

High-speed Wi-Fi and free driveway parking are provided.

Please note: one locked owner`s closet and the outdoor shed are not available for guest use.
Self check-in makes arrival easy, particularly for guests arriving after a long travel day or outside regular business hours.

PETS
We know an extended stay can be a very long time to leave your four-legged family member behind.
Pets are welcome subject to approval and applicable pet requirements.

Ye Olde Sailor is professionally managed by Nine02 Travel Hub.

We respect your privacy—you won`t have us hovering—but we`re available if something comes up during your stay.

That`s especially important for extended-stay guests. If something needs attention, you have a local team to contact rather than trying to track down an absentee owner.

IMPORTANT PROPERTY INFORMATION

Riverfront:

The property has direct access to the river. There are no lifeguards, and all use of the waterfront is at the guest`s own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult whenever they are near the water.

Water conditions can change throughout the year. Swimming, paddling, skating or other recreational use of the river should only take place when conditions are appropriate and safe.

Hot tub:
The indoor hot tub area has a locking door. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times and the door should remain secured when the hot tub is not in use.

Guests are responsible for using the hot tub safely and according to the provided instructions.

Country living:
Ye Olde Sailor is located in a natural PEI setting. Depending on the season, guests may encounter mosquitoes, black flies, ants, spiders and occasional wildlife.

We take preventative pest-control measures and complete regular inspections. If you notice an issue inside the home, please contact us promptly so we can address it.

Neighbouring dog:
There is a golden doodle next door who may occasionally bark when guests arrive or leave. He remains within his property`s invisible-fence boundary.

Kitchen:
The kitchen has a compact 24-inch stove without a hood vent. Please use appropriate care when cooking foods that create significant smoke, steam or strong odours.

Screened porch:
Please keep both screened-porch doors securely closed to help keep insects outside where they belong.

Starter supplies:
A starter supply of household essentials is provided at arrival. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing everyday consumable supplies once the starter quantities have been used.

HOUSE RULES
Ye Olde Sailor is not a party property.
Parties, events and unapproved visitors are not permitted. The home accommodates a maximum of 6 registered guests unless prior written approval has been provided.

Guests are expected to respect the home, neighbouring properties and the surrounding community throughout their stay.
