I'm an extremely caring individual but I do not tolerate manipulation or lies and can be assertive in preventing negativity. I believe in customer service and want my guests as happy as possible and encourage open communication to meet your needs. I'm available 24/7 if needed and their is a maintenance unit on site for your emergency needs with a separate gated and enclosed entrance.

Fairly quiet street. Tons local to do. Major sites within 3-7 miles. More small owned restaurants and pubs rather than big chains for a unique experience and lots to choose from no matter what your tastes are. Many bar and grill locations could be walked to if desired. Dog walkable neighborhood. Next to a church-side view so no direct traffic.
What makes this property unique
Historic home with all its cozy charm. This bungalow has opening stain glass windows, stained woodwork, antique handles, quaint little sunroom for kids to play, yoga, or lounging, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, portable electric fireplace, huge front porch that is partially enclosed and offers a cafe table space as well as regular seating.
