Walk to restaurants, shops, coffee shops, and ice cream. Wireless internet and cable television provided along with gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower. This property is full of Cape Cod charm. Antique home that offers first floor master bedroom with private bath and four additional bedrooms (all with twin beds) on the second floor. Portable fans available for each bedroom. You're sure to enjoy the outdoor space-- a beautiful large patio that faces Millpond, spacious yard, and plenty of parking. Path from back yard leads down to the water. Great spot for kayaks! Enjoy your breakfast on the terrace on a beautiful summer morning or read a great book in the afternoon. With truly picturesque water views and a private setting, the well maintained yard is great for outdoor games or outdoor dining!. Please keep in mind there is a steep narrow stairway to the second floor, just in case you are traveling with younger children.

A wonderful stay

We had a wonder time! The house was perfect! We love the the old Chatham charm and the house had everything we needed.

Old with mold needs a major cleanup mold on windows and some interior walls

Broken storm door ,no storage space in kitchen full of old pots and pans, broken toilet seats ,stench of urine, fans dirty and moldy unusable ,back room off kitchen reeked of mothballs and musty mops, No linens provided but pillows mattress pads and bedspreads all stained We had nowhere to go the first night but left early the next morning
