In early 2022, the owner completed a major refresh and update that included repainting the entire interior of the house, installed split air conditioning throughout the house, replaced all beds and mattresses, installed wall mounted flat screen televisions in the living room and primary bedroom, added indoor shutters in the living room, primary bedroom and upstairs second bedroom, added outdoor weber gas grill, replaced refrigerator, installed disposal, replaced kitchen sink and installed a Colligan water filtration system in the kitchen sink. There is a large outdoor dining table on the rear patio and immaculate outdoor shower. The house is equipped with WiFi and also has expanded cable service.

On the back side of the house there is a bedroom with two twin beds side by side. In the hallway next to this bedroom there is a bath with tub and shower.
