Good location walking distance to Ocean beach. House was bigger than expected! Nice screen porch and deck. Washer shook the house during Spin out. Definitely something broken or worn under the barrel. Couldn’t use it all week. . The “handy man” they sent said it wasn’t draining all the water which “might” be the problem. (Didn’t attempt to fix it). When I contacted the Real Estate Agents they said they had to contact the owner for a new washer. This was Wednesday. Never heard back from anyone until we checked out Saturday! We had 7 people for a family week together and was not able to do wash all week. ! Extremely unhappy with their response and non concern. I would never rent a property under their management again. Also the windows were full of bugs and spiders which were common inside the house as well…hadn’t been cleaned in many years . I almost forget the black ants which we saw often especially the kitchen.
