Upon entering you are greeted with a full-sized kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a dining area with seating for 8 that opens up into a comfy living area with water views. This three-bedroom property has two king beds, bedrooms, one bedroom with two queen beds, and loft area with two twin beds with trundles.

Beautiful Townhouse

This townhouse is beautiful and equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. We enjoyed coffee on the back deck overlooking the water each morning, took the golf cart to the beach everyday, and had a great nights sleep in the comfortable beds each night. The super nice coffee maker and ice machine in the kitchen were great extras. The property manager answered our every question so quickly and we will definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous Home, Great Location

We had a wonderful time there and weather cooperated. The only down size to unit is that operating TV’s are difficult for older people like us and the bedrooms do not get local channels. We like looking at local news when we go to bed.

Great place and location. Everything we expected. Had issue with AC leaking into bedroom on 1st full day. Issue happened with previous guest 3 days before our arrival. Whatever was fixed happened again. A little disruption twice on two different days. Certainly not the owners issue. Unfortunate for us but would stay again.

location was greatand we enjoyed our stay. overall the property was nice. However there are a few things that could be improved… bath towels are sort of tired and need to be replaced. it would be nice to have some instructions on how to use the tvs. also...there were no ammenity passes in the property and we saw no info about them. the top step of the stairs that go to second floor is loose and dangerous. one of my guests nearly fell as it caught her shoe as she was coming down. the golf cart needs some maintenance...and we did not have any info about how to get places or where we could go in it. The kitchen pots and pans are a little dinged up and the nonstick coating is damaged.

Loved this place!

This villa was a great vacation spot for my family. It was clean and the kitchen was amazingly stocked if you are wanting to cook. Loves the extra ice maker!!! All the beds were comfy and the upstairs stayed very cool! I have zero complaints and one suggestion. Please put chest of drawers or shelving in downstairs bedrooms. There was no where to put clothes except to hang in closet.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to a very clean villa that had obviously been given a recent "facelift". The unit was clean throughout and the beds were all very comfortable. We loved the trundle beds in the loft area - perfect for our extra guests. The parking situation was a bit of a struggle. It seems that the golf carts are occupying a large portion of parking spots previously utilized by vehicles. It was great to have access to the nice, speedy 6-seater golf cart. It really helped with transportation to/from the beach area. Speaking of the beach area, the crowds were EXTREMELY heavy during our stay. As a result, we quickly learned that we would have to set up our chairs on the beach by 6:30 to ensure a waterfront seat for all of us. All of the residents and guests from the Baytowne side of the development flock to the same entry point that we were forced to utilize. It was the most crowded beach that I had (personally) ever visited. Of course, this aspect is something that the team at Beach Life have no control over. We rented bikes for our kids and their spouses (6) which were delivered in advance of our arrival. They enjoyed the bikes but really preferred the golf cart! As far as the furniture in the unit, the beds were outstanding! However, we were left without any storage pieces in 2 of the bedrooms (main level). We had a few items to hang up in the closets, but could have used a small dresser or chest to store small clothing items. It is not bad living out of a suitcase for a day-or-two, but a week can be challenging. Another negative was the sectional in the living room. Although it appeared to be pretty new, it was extremely uncomfortable and was already showing signs of wear. Perhaps the new style of low back, deep seating was what the designer was going for, but it is not very practical. There really was not a truly comfortable seat in the living room. The dining table was nice though and we enjoyed playing games there.
