✹ PETS: Up to two dogs are allowed in our property with a maximum weight of 25 lbs each. The fee for each dog is $100 for stays under 4 nights 5/or more night sit is $25 per nights per pet. Which is paid once reservation is confirmed.
✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the Smart lock on the front door
✹ Please respect the quiet hours from 10 pm until 8 am.
✹ No parties allowed.
✹ For your peace of mind, the home is monitored by exterior security cameras 24/7
✹ Smoking and vaping is not permitted in our home. This home is equipped with smoke monitors to ensure the air stays clean.

✹ A refundable deposit which is due before check-in. This is refunded within a week after checkout, provided there's no property damage. Deposit amount is scaled based on the number of nights you are staying.

4–7 nights $750
8-14 nights $1,000.
You will also have the option to purchase deposit waiver instead of the deposit
