Must stay for any Bills fan, no matter the time of the year! The host Tim was really great to work with, I wish I could say he took care of any issue quickly, but there were no issues to address But was very quick to answer any questions during our stay! My entire family really enjoyed the property! We will definitely be back, Go Bills!

Clean and comfortable. Back porch is in need of fixing, screens missing and furniture on porch needed cleaning. Missing an iron and board. Kids loved garage play room.

Tim is a wonderful host! Any questions were answered quickly. The Highmark house is fabulous! The location is perfect for the Bills fan. The finished garage is loaded with games… air hockey, darts, foosball, darts, ping pong and more! We loved our stay!

We loved our stay at Tim’s home! The location is phenomenal. We were on a family vacation to Niagara Falls and it is a very quick trip. We came in the summer, but if you are coming for a Bills game, the Home is located directly across the street from the beautiful new Highmark Stadium! We had a great time in the game room when we were not out checking out the city or nearby national parks. Tim was a wonderful host and very responsive. We were sad to have to leave. I would certainly recommend this property.

We LOVED our stay! If you are a Bills fan, this is a must stay! Decor is all Bills! Roomy! 4 bedroom, two and half bathrooms. Great outdoor seating in front and back decks. Huge TV in living room and garage game room. Large round 6 person table in kitchen so great for playing games. Appliances appear all new. Home is so comfortable, has everything you need and a great game room. Location is convenient as well. The neighborhood is nice and eating places within walking distance. We plan to be back!

Family-friendly fun

Wonderful little home will all the essentials needed. Location is amazing if you are a Bills fan! Quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything. Tim was a great host who was terrific with his communication! Kids love the garage games!

Exactly as Described

Could not get any closer tot the Bill's Stadium without being inside it. We rented this property for staff lodging for a staff conference. So our reason was not was not football season. Worked perfectly for our needs. Highly recommend. Go Bills!
