The location and price was ideal but everything else fell short. To start, I had to email to get the door code because the check in email was never sent. The door key pad is on its last leg and the 7 sometimes works if you hit it just right so getting in the room takes a minute and some patience. Once we got in, it didn’t get much better. The main bedroom tv was smashed and not working, both bathroom showers were dirty and needed some tlc. The cups in the kitchen cabinet were not clean. There were stains on the pull out couch’s liens. The blinds in the main bedroom looked like they have seen better days. On a positive note, the water pressure was very nice and strong.

Spring Break in the mountains

My friends and I had a great time here! The only issues were the walking up the hill and the beds weren’t the comfiest. We loved the place for the price!

the place was dirty. splatters of something on the wall in the kitchen. dirt marks on the walls. the glasses in the cabinet were dirty. then the first morning we were there the ceiling in the bathroom started leaking. and not a few drips. it was a lot. getting all over my toiletry bag that was sitting on the back of the toilet. and there was something in the check out instructions to start laundry. I walked down with all of the laundry to the laundry room. the room required a code which of course I was not provided. there was no condo staff on site and there is no way to reach the host after hours. this was by far the worst experience I have had when renting a place. I have requested at least a partial refund due to the terrible conditions. it was unacceptable. the host has stopped replying. I will update my review if they actually do the right thing. if not, I suggest not staying here.
