HUGE 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Penthouse Condo at Schuss Mountain

The BEST Location at all of Shanty Creek. Gorgeous year-round condo for a family with up to 5 kids. Bright, sunny, 1200 Sq. Foot unit with view of hill and golf course. Right in the middle of it all! Full kitchen, breakfast bar as well as a dining room. Beautiful natural fireplace, cozy sitting area, and all the fixings for a fabulous stay! Large Master Bedroom with Queen bed, adjoining bath with Jacuzzi tub, lots of closet space, and private deck. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 twins and 1 full bed, also has a deck, vanity, and large closets. The living room has pull out sofa for one more sleeper. 8 guests max. 4 adults or 2 adults and up to 5 kids suggested.
Early check-in and late checkout, if available, and confirmed on the day of check-in. Extra cleaning protocols are taking longer than usual and are making early check-ins more difficult to accommodate. We hope you understand.
Our property cannot be booked further than 6 months in advance.
This Penthouse unit is on the top floor of a three story building with an outside covered stairwell. It is not handicapped accessible. No pets or service animals of any kind.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please run a load of white towels through the washer/dryer on your checkout day. They can remain in the dryer.
Kitchen trash should be placed in the receptacles in the parking lot.
Be sure to leave the pool pass on the hook. There is a $50 replacement fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The resort charges $50. for replacement of the pool pass and that charge will be passed on to the guests if not left at check out.

Laura was very proactive in anticipating our needs and helping us plug in to the process to make it seamless and convenient. Right at home

Laura made it as easy as it possibly could to check in and out. The condo was fully furnished and had plenty of room for our group of 7! The multiple balconies were so much fun. We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect Penthouse

The condo was exactly as described, and the amenities were wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked, and the condo was extremely clean. There were lots of extra touches… pool towels, shower products, board games, and more. Just a short walk across the parking lot and you’re at the pool. Ivan’s and the blue lift.
