The second‑floor unit offers a calm, practical base close to everything you need, whether you’re here for a short break or a longer stay.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms each hold a queen bed and its own full bathroom, giving every guest privacy and comfort. The layout comfortably sleeps eight, making it ideal for families or small groups.



Living space

The generous living area invites you to gather around the TV, plan the day, or simply relax after exploring Lutz. A dining table and a cozy breakfast nook flow from the kitchen, creating a natural space for meals and everyday moments.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen provides all the essentials to prepare simple meals, from morning coffee to dinner at the table. The adjacent dining area makes it easy to enjoy home‑cooked food without stepping outside.



Outdoor living

Step onto a small patio or balcony that seats two and features a BBQ grill. It’s a pleasant spot to breathe in fresh air, fire up a grill, or watch the sunset after a day of activities.



Community amenities

You have access to a shared pool and outdoor facilities, including walking and biking trails, a basketball court, and common leisure areas. These spaces add variety to your stay without the need to travel far.



Work & everyday comforts

High‑speed Wi‑Fi and a dedicated workspace support remote work or longer visits. A washer and dryer keep your wardrobe fresh, while air‑conditioning and heating maintain a pleasant indoor climate year‑round.



Location

The unit sits near popular Tampa‑area attractions such as the University of South Florida, Busch Gardens, MOSI, and local parks. Major roads provide easy routes to dining, family activities, and outdoor adventures.



Additional notes

The property is pet‑friendly, offers free parking on the premises, and features self check‑in with a smart lock for flexible arrivals. This space balances comfort, practicality, and a relaxed Florida setting, making it a welcoming home base for families, small groups, or extended stays.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
