The Space:

You step onto a quiet patio for two, feeling the gentle Lutz breeze while the neighborhood hums softly in the background. Inside, the spacious living area invites you to unwind on the comfy couch after a day of exploring nearby parks and attractions. The simple, clean design lets you settle in quickly, as if the home were waiting just for your family’s laughter.



Sleeping arrangements

Four queen bedrooms each pair with a full bathroom, giving every guest privacy and comfort. The beds are dressed with fresh linens, ready for a restful night after a day of adventure.



Living space

The large living room accommodates the whole family, with plenty of seating for movie nights or board games. A small patio off the living area offers outdoor seating for two, perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. A free washer and dryer are tucked nearby for convenient laundry.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen holds all the essentials you need to whip up simple meals, from a stovetop to a microwave and basic cookware. A breakfast nook in the kitchen and a separate dining area provide cozy spots to share meals together.

The unit sits on the first floor, making entry easy. You’re just five minutes from the University of South Florida, eight minutes from MOSI, and eleven minutes from Busch Gardens Tampa. Nature lovers will enjoy a ten‑minute drive to Takomah Trail Park and a thirteen‑minute drive to Lettuce Lake Park, both offering scenic trails and wildlife viewing.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and community amenities.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (maximum $150 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not oversee their operation, cleaning schedule, availability, or maintenance. Access to these amenities is subject to the community’s own cleaning, upkeep, and operational hours, and they may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or other factors outside of our responsibility.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
