This almost 2,000 square foot single-family home offers 3 bed and 2.5 baths. Home features new tile floors, new Karastan carpet upstairs, custom shutters on all windows. The great room features soft comfortable couches, flat-screen TV. The open gourmet kitchen boasts stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, breakfast bar and dining area with seating for 6. Kitchen is fully equipped! The primary bedroom offers a king size bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom with tub and separate shower and walk-in closet. One bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed and a ceiling fan, 2nd bedroom has a king size and a ceiling fan. There is a jack and jill bathroom between two bedrooms. The lanai is fully enclosed. Community pool, sauna, gym, tennis courts are all included.

The host was fabulous and welcomed us. The home was lovely and contained all necessary items. However, theowner had sole control of the heating/cooling so I had torequest too often that we were freezing. We had to wear jackets indoors. I never want to stay at a VRBO that doesnot give renter the ability to regulate room temperatures.

Beautifully decorated, great beds- 2 kings! Well equipped kitchen but a toaster and iron and beach chairs would have been nice . Also tv was difficult could only get news. If those adjustments were made it would be perfect. Great location Ok pool- more for tennis.

Perfect Getaway for a 4th of July Celebration in Naples

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Naples during the 4th of July weekend. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and thoughtfully prepared. The house was spotless, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed — from kitchen essentials to towels.The neighborhood is peaceful and family-friendly, and we loved how close we were to the beach and amazing restaurants. One of our favorite parts was spending the evenings grilling and relaxing outdoors, and waking up early to catch the breathtaking sunrises at the beach.Communication with the host was smooth and kind. They responded quickly and ensured we had a great experience. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again.Thank you for making our 4th of July celebration so special!
