All bedrooms have black out shades, high end foam mattresses, hotel quality pillows, charging ports/plugs, night stands, dresser, hangers, luggage rack, laundry basket, clock/alarm combo and full length mirror. Two rooms have smart tvs. One dedicated desk/work area in the lower level Queen room.

You’ll find two clean bathrooms in this home. Both bathrooms have bathtubs, detachable sprayers, additional towels, wash clothes and waffle weave spa robes for you to relax in during your stay.

We have 2 little girls that will be 5 and 3 this year and are excited for this next chapter of our lives. We will both be available during your stay to answer questions or make recommendations and will do our best to accommodate requests.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is in a great location, near highways, the airport, major hospital complex, shopping and great restaurants. You are 20 mins from downtown Denver and about 40 mins to Blackhawk.

What makes this property unique

Our property is over 2600 sf and has room for everyone. You can retreat to your bedroom or gather in one of the two living spaces to spend time with your group. We have two oversized couches, a vintage Pac Man arcade game and a mix of board and card games for a cozy night in. Or, watch your favorite movie or show on one of four Smart TVs.

We have a no maintenance backyard with a built-in, wood burning fire pit, two large patios and space to dine al fresco or relax with coffee. You also have access to a detached, 2 car garage and 2 additional off street parking spots next to the garage. There is also plenty of free street parking spaces in front of the home.
