Butler Cottage 2 is a brand new cottage that is ready to provide Door County Vacation memories. Bright and open with great spots to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring or visiting the beach. The cottage sleeps six and can be rented with Butler Cottage 1 to accommodate two families or extended family vacations. The king bedroom is located next to the bathroom. Brand new washer and dryer, appliances and bathroom fixtures. The cottage offers a sunroom with a sofa sleeper.

We had an amazing time at the cottage! We had never been to Door County before, and while the location wasn’t close to the main attractions, it was a convenient location for home base, and a quiet place to return to at the end of the day.

Great accommodations for short weekend

Awesome stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The cabin is adorable and literally spotless. We felt so at home here. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and the reasonably short drives to many of the busier areas of Door County. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful cabin close to Whitefish Dunes State Park and Cave Point County Park. Within walking distance from bars, restaurants, coffee & crafts. Short drive to fine dining and theater productions. Perfect place on the peaceful side of the Door!

Lovely Cottage in Door County!

The description and pictures are 100% accurate! Spotless, fully stocked cottage. Even has a charcoal grill. Jacksonport is quiet and an excellent location for exploring all that Door County has to offer! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautifully decorated, warm and inviting!

The cottage is new and the decorations and warmth are spectacular! This cottage is close to a public park and beach and although the biway is close, you do not hear the traffic from inside the cottage or in the yard. The hosts were wonderful and the whole experience was private, and just what we needed. Highly recommended!

Super cute cottage!! Walking distance to the park and beach for the kids. Everything was awesome. There’sa washer and dryer which made coming home a bit easier! There are 2 cottages so it is awesome for 2 families to vacation together without sharing space!!

The house was very nice. It was new, well-decorated and had all necessary amenities. The location was quiet with a couple convenient restaurants within walking distance. Also beach access was at the park next door. It was an easy drive around Door County from this house, but not directly close to the tourist towns. Was a good landing spot after exploring the area. The reason I'm refusing to give a 5 rating is cleanliness. My wife saw several hairs in the shower, spots where soap bars obviously sat and swept up a dustpan full off the floor. Of course we had to spend part of our vacation making a run to the store for cleaning supplies which wasn't what I wanted to do on vacation after the last couple of years that we've had. After covid, I expect better when renting and currently there is parasite concerns on food making people across the country sick. Other feedback is get a new mattress. Neither of us could get out of bed at night to use the restroom without waking the other person up due to the loud squeaks. On the flip-side my wife loved the soft sheets and is trying to figure out where to purchase. Only a suggestion is blackout curtains in the bedroom. To finish, I hate writing anything bad in a review, but renters do need to hold those renting the house accountable for the service provided. With the cleanliness concerns I have no idea why I paid for a cleaning fee. Fix the cleanliness issue and I'm sure the future will be nothing but 5's.
