This fully renovated 3 bed, 2 bath house and 1 bed, 1 bath cottage is a true gem that's guaranteed to make your vacation dreams come true.

Perfect for our family!

Our family was celebrating graduations, anniversaries and birthdays. There were 14 of us. The house and cabin provided great space (indoors and out) to spend time together talking, making s'mores and creating memories.Everything is well taken care of, new appliances and spaces. The location also gave us quick access to stores, sunsets, fishing and more!

8 of us stayed at the River & Charm. It was a great experience on 10 acres with nice fall weather. The house and cottage were clean and open with tons of space. Just a quick 5 minute trip into town for anything you may need. The host was very responsive and accommodating to anything we needed. Would book again!

Beautiful place in a beautiful place!

Both houses are beautifully decorated and updated with high end furniture and appliances. Plenty of room for the kids and dogs to run located far away from the road. Nice fire pit, grill, and wildlife surrounding the cabins. Highly recommend.

Bass fishing trip

Me, my wife, and two other couple friends of ours came up from Alabama to bass fish Lake Ontario and the Saint Lawrence river. The house and cottage were really clean and comfortable. It is so inviting and felt like home. We had a blast and the area is awesome. Michelle was prompt in answering any questions and very helpful. We will definitely be back.

Nice property but needs some help...

There were some issues with getting the correct code to get in the main house upon arrival. The smaller cottage did not even have a lock on the door, which we did not like. The main house was advertised as a 3 bedroom and it is NOT. The third bedroom advertised is actually a mattress inside of a closet! We had to find at the last minute another hotel for a friend to stay and it was inconvenient and we feel it was not an honest/accurate description of the property. The property was clean and located in a quiet area, just off a main road. The main house: clean and comfortable with the exception of not having 3 bedrooms. No A/C in the upstairs bedroom and it was July - so it was hot! Kitchen was big and had lots of dishes, etc. Washer/dryer were nice to have. Small cottage: freezer handle broken, no A/C in the bedroom, no screen in bathroom window, hole in screen in bedroom (some put a piece of toilet paper in the hole), front door is a sliding glass door that does not lock when you leave. We did not like leaving our belongings without them being locked up. All in all it was a nice place to stay, but some things need to be addressed.
