Charming little casita in a great location. The place was very clean, comfortable and very charming. I had a lovely month in Santa Fe staying at this sweet place. Owner was very responsive and helpful. I am already planning my stay here next summer. It was a delight.

Wonderful accommodation with access to most all of the Santa Fe attractions. Daily walks presented lots of challenges of which way to go?

Perfect for long work stay!

The casita was the perfect size and distance for work purposes that was over a month. The casita is in close distance to grocery stores like Sprouts, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe's. It's also pretty centrally located for weekend or evening excursions to the Rail Yard, Santa Fe Plaza, and art galleries. I would definitely stay again.

We loved the casita and did not want to leave! It was very conveniently located to walk to the plaza and local historical sites. The casita was very comfortable with plenty of room for two people. We especially enjoyed the peaches from the tree in the yard which ripened while we were there. The outdoor space was beautiful and we wish we had more tone to enjoy it! The owner was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Santa Fe

Nice place. Very close to state capitol. About a 15 minute walk to the plaza or rail yard. The house was well organized. Seems the courtyard would be a good place to hang out in nice weather. I mostly walked or took the bus to get around.

Why they chose this property

South Capital is a desirable neighborhood just south of downtown, and is often the choice for people moving to Santa Fe for the first time. It offers easy access to all the restaurants and shops in the downtown area, and is full of classic Santa Fe style adobe homes. WE were lucky enough to buy this property from a dear friend, and we intend on moving into it full time when we're ready to downsize.
