Come to Hampton Beach and experience the perfect summer beach getaway in this 3-bedroom one bath home. We are just a short walk from the sandy shores of Hampton Beach and Hampton Beach State Park, this property offers a prime location for you to soak up the sun, splash in the waves, and explore the local attractions.

We want to make your travleing easy and the kids happy- so pack less kitchen stuff, enjoy the free WiFi and a convenient washer and dryer. Step into the fully stocked kitchen, where you can cook as desired using the stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, and other modern appliances. Gather around the dining table or enjoy dining on the porch, taking in the sights and sounds of the fireworks from the back deck.

When you're not soaking up the sun at the beach, you can venture out to nearby Seabrook or Portsmotuth, or a day of shopping, dining, and exploring the local culture. Back at the property, keep the little ones entertained with the selection of games, books, and toys, or curl up on the couch for a movie night with the satellite/cable TV and DVD player.

A great vacation

Extremely well kept property in a great location. True in every aspect as advertised. Ideal if you have young kids. Plenty outdoor tables and space to cook outside on the grills provided. The property managers are just a phone call away and quickly respond to any issue you may have.

We can’t wait to come back here! Hosts are good communicators and take care of their beautiful two floor space. Lots of outdoor eating room with grill access. Spacious and comfortable place a short walk to a quieter area on the beach. Close to the strip/ games/ food/ fun also. Great for families. It so nice to be able to go to sleep on a separate floor also! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Our Family enjoyed HB and our P cottage was very convenient.

We vacation at Hampton Beach yearly with a large group(14 cottages this year). We stay close together on the 'Island Section' of Hampton Beach. Our cottage was clean and centrally located near our family members. We are a close walking distance to the beach and close to the boardwalk. The Patriot store is conveniently located at the end of the street along with a breakfast cafe. We plan on being back next year.

Plenty of room for my family. Would have liked a third parking space but good location for beach and small shops including ice cream. Only thing lacking is air conditioning especially since bedrooms are upstairs.

Great location! 10 min walk to boardwalk, 5 min walk to beach. communication with owners very easy, friendly, and accommodating. Wish house had a/c and majority of blinds on windows were broken. house could use a few updates but was perfect for a long weekend. Beach is beautiful and great for families with kids of all ages.

Met our needs wonderfully!

Two perfect weeks of sun and moderate temps. Centrally located for entertainment, food, beach, and fishing within walking distance. Comfortable beds with good distribution of sleeping arrangements. One of the best inventory of pots, pans, plates, cups and cooking utensils that I've seen. We like to cook and it's nice to have the tools available. No A/C, but plenty of room fans to keep things comfortable. Neighbors (Ben and Rosy) were great! Cheryl and Ted (owners) were a pleasure to work with. Communicative without being overbearing. The overall booking, communication, and taking possession were seamless. Appreciated the rescue of our vacation at such a late date when the first landlord canceled our reservation with a month to go. (Not cool.)

Impeccable rental!!!

Had a great week!! The house is updated all hardwood floors open and spacious on the first floor with 3 very comfortable bedrooms. There is a elevated deck off the large covered back porch with a gas grill , table and chairs. Nice place to relax after a day at the beach. Ted and Cheryl were very accommodating. The only reason I gave it 4 stars there is no air but ceiling fans throughout. This is s great rental and only minutes to the beach.

Convenient, clean, comfortable with great owners

The property description, photos, map, etc. says it all. The home was very clean, well maintained and equipped. It is in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. and the on-site (off street) parking was a plus. There is a grocery store at the end of the street for food and supplies. We did not need a car other than to go to the nearby fishing dock in Seabrook at Eastman's Docks for a day of great fishing. (five minutes away). They offer all day, half day, night fishing as well as Kayak rental tours and whale watching tours and more in season. What I liked the most was that the owners, Cheryl and Ted, were very responsive in getting back to me to answer my questions and concerns and to check in on us to make sure everything was OK. They even supply their phone number in the listing so you can spend time talking about the home and getting your concerns addressed "somewhat in person" rather than going back and forth with multiple e-mails. Check out the Sea Ketch Restaurant on Ocean Blvd for breakfast on multiple outdoor decks overlooking the beach and ocean and Wally's Pub, the next main road over (Ashworth), for a game or two of pool, lunch, drinks, music, sidewalk seating as well as people watching the "old" or "older" gentle giant bikers. Drop into "The Goat" as well. There is a small casino (or 2) that offer table games and slots if that is your pleasure. Finally, there is a miniature golf course, arcade and waterslide within walking distance. Something for everyone !!!! I highly recommend this home, its location and its owners because they care about your overall experience.

We had a great time. The owners are very friendly & the place was clean. Plenty of parking & large semi private deck. the location is a short,easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend.
