Updated 4 bedroom house , wood vaulted ceiling with accent lighting, 1 full bath, and gorgeous kitchen including stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, gas stove and granite counters. Sit back and relax watching the 55" flat screen on the wall or take a 4 minute walk to the sandy beach. There are 4 bedrooms, two with Queen Size beds, one with two Twin beds, and the other with a full size. There is also one sleep sofa in the family room. French doors lead to a nice deck out back. We can accommodate 2 midsize vehicles with additional public street parking. Enjoy the shared backyard for those big barbecues. Also included WIFI and cable TV including HBO. We want your vacation to be as comfy as home!

Great place for a group in the heart of everything

If you’re going to Hampton this place is pretty great value for the amount of people you can sleep. It’s only a few minute walk from most things you’d want to do. Great experience over all would book again

Great location & accommodations

Our stay was excellent. The place was very nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this to friends and would not hesitate to stay at one of this owners units again. Our only recommendation for this unit is to add a fan to the bathroom. We ended up opening a window when we showered to help remove the moisture. Thank you Brian for making our first family vacation a wonderful experience.

Family girls weekend age 21+7 of us

The apartment was clean Central located close to the beach ,close to the stores and shopping. It was very nice to have four bedrooms with seven women. The apartment was beautifully decorated. Had everything that we need as far as appliances. It had AC, which is great for the beach area and we’ve already booked another week for the same apartment next year. We absolutely loved it there.

The rental was exactly as advertised. Recently renovated. Clean. New mattresses; very comfortable. Good quality work and nice appliances. Two flat screen TVs, cable and fast wifi. The owners are accessible and easy to work with. Good location for walking to the boardwalk and ocean. Bring your own linens, towels, etc. Laundromat (clean) just around the corner: 2 minute walk. The neighborhood was quiet.

We loved it

The place is great for a group of six like we had. It was six guys returning for UNH homecoming. The large TV was perfect for us to watch Sunday NFL. A few friends stopped by Sunday and we had adequate seating for the group. Nice updated kitchen and appliances. Great for cooking We had internet issues but Brian was all over it. He got us both a short term and long term solution.. He responds immediately. Note. One of the bedrooms is large enough to put down a queen size air mattress
