Perfect Location

The company I work for is doing a job in the area and needed accommodations, and this house was perfect. It's located in a nice neighborhood near shopping and entertainment, the perfect place to relax after a long work day.

Graduation weekemd

We visited the area for my son’s graduation from Southern Seminary. This house is perfectly located less than 2 miles from the school. Easy to get to and comfortable. Plenty of dining options nearby. My only concern is the seating options are limited, but we made do and enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay! Beautiful home in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Great communication with host. Comfortable accommodations for 10 adults. Easy access to Freedom Hall where our event was hosted.

Wedding Week

Location of property was great! We were in town for a wedding and to be tourist. It would have been nice to have some brochures from local museums and suggestions of local restaurants. House could use some updated towels, dish towels and serving dishes. Thanks for allowing us to stay!

Great location!!

Very clean and great communication with owner. The only thing I would say is that the dumpsters was full so I couldn't take trash out and the remote controls for the lights and fans in the rooms upstairs was all being controlled by the same remote control. When you turned one room light off the next room light would come on but other than that yes I would stay again!!

House was tired and most items in it were tired. Not as clean as other houses I have been in. Battery on door lock was dead. No problem after replaced. Most pillows had no cases only shames. Only one wash rag, one tv,and no kitchen towels. Littr

Volleyball weekend stay

The property was in a great location. It was safe and quiet. We were able to take a nice walk around the neighborhood on Saturday morning which was a highlight of the weekend. We were here for a volleyball tournament and it was a comfortable place to stay. You may want to bring extra towels and blankets as there were not many available and they charge a fee to request more than 1 towel per person. Also bring coffee, dish washing liquid and laundry detergent. In the past, VRBOs I have stayed in have had a few snacks, coffee, and a limited amt of cleaning supplies for the guests but this one did not. All in all, it was a comfortable, safe place to stay with good communication with the property manager.

Seminary Graduation

The house was in the perfect location for going to Southern Baptist Seminary. The house was spacious and had plenty of room for us to gather at the dining room table. For a house with 5 beds, it could use more living room seating, as there was only enough room for 5 people to sit. The bed in the primary is very wobbly and noisy - probably needs some screws tightened. The kitchen is sparsely stocked. There were 2 skillets but both were very old and in bad shape. All easy fixes! We did accidentally break the tv trying to swat a fly, so we reported it immediately.

Great house, difficulties with management group

I rented this VRBO for a bachelor party with a group of 11 men for four days. The initial check-in went fine, but the property management group tacked on a surprise refundable deposit requirement, contingent on there not being a party in the home. I called them directly to understand what that means and they could not provide a clear answer. This was concerning as the definition for a “party” was unclear. I did not consent to having the deposit charged to my card, but they charged it anyway. I did receive payment back around 3 days after checkout, but only after following up with the host daily and calling VRBO customer support. It’s also worth noting they charged an extra $33 as a fee for checking in just two hours early. The actual

Dirty. Trash left in house. Clothes left in house. No sheets on 2 of the beds. Sticky stuff on fridge. Dishwasher and dish drainer filled with dishes.3 coffee mugs and 6 glasses for a 5 bedroom house. Stains on comforter. walkway to the front door overgrown with bushes and covered with leaves. Very worn furniture and towels.
