This Peak One condo is located just 3 blocks south of Frisco's famous and historic Main Street. You'll also be a short 2 blocks north of popular hiking trailheads including Mount Royal, Mt. This clean well-kept townhome is a non-smoking home. We have recently updated to flat screen TVs, and have replaced all the bedding in every room. The two master suites have a queen bed and private bathroom with shower. The third bedroom, downstairs, has a queen bed, and bunk beds, and the fourth bedroom is a twin over full bed. The downstairs living room includes a queen sleeper-sofa to offer you more sleeping options. There is plenty of room for multiple families and children.

We understand the special needs of families visiting with children, and have a pack & play available, along with games, books and CDs to keep everyone occupied and happy. For those visiting without the kids, don't worry, the kid stuff doesn't take up any of your living accommodations - we have plenty of big closets where extra items are stored.
