Hello Cecil, The property has been transitioned to a new ownership recently. We are upkeeping and taking care of more impactful items amidst busy booking season. This house being in ocean front is discounted heavily to reflect some of older furniture etc even though it is in a great location - beautiful beach just steps from your deck. If you have any recommendations for specific items to address, please do so, we will take care of it immediately. We do strive for best experience for all guests. thanks again
