The main space inside was wonderful: loved the high ceilings, white everywhere, tasteful artwork. The main bedroom had great views of the mountains. Loved the use of the garage. Jimmy was easy to work with. Everything was smooth and no stress. Note: without heat for which there is a charge, the pool is quite cool. The backyard is huge and looks like it could easily accommodate a party of 30. But there's a strict policy about noise not heard by neighbors. High walls around the back is nice---total private. Neighborhood is quiet.

“Resort Backyard”

No need to go to a Resort…it is all here in the backyard! Enjoyed the pool, large spa, volleyball court and sitting areas, and all the toys for entertainment! The home is brand new and well kept…great space for a Desert getaway!

I had a terrible experience at this rental house in Desert Hot Springs. The neighborhood felt very unsafe, making us uncomfortable throughout our stay. We even had to park our vehicle in the garage, which we normally don’t do when staying in Palm Springs, out of fear it wouldn’t be there in the morning. The pool area had very limited shade, making it almost unusable during the hot parts of the day. The house was filthy upon arrival, and I had to spend a significant amount of time cleaning it myself. The area rugs had stains, along with the dining room chairs and some pf the bedding. They really need to invest in a good deep cleaning on all fabric items, couches included. We had ants and crickets throughout the entire house in the most random places and we had all windows and doors closed. Additionally, there was no outdoor table to eat at after using the BBQ, which was a major inconvenience. Most of the outdoor planter lights didn’t work. When we did go in the pool, we were only there for a bit because it got pitch black due to lack of lights. Overall, I do not recommend this property.

Host had excellent communication. House was well apportioned, clean and as advertised. The backyard is large and secure, perfect for my dog. Pool and hot tub large and clean. Excellent property.
