Welcome to Casa De Cadena, a home that is out of this world! We have 4 bedrooms, 2 baths with amazing mountain views! Driving distance to Joshua Tree, Coachella, and neighboring Palm Springs and we are central to everything the Coachella Valley has to offer.
This remodeled home includes a heated pool/spa with 2-hole mini golf, corn-hole, Air-Hockey, fire pit, colored desert rocks, and more!

The space
Enjoy amazing sunset views of the San Jacinto and San Bernardino mountains from this extensively remodeled home. It is perfect for couples, families, small groups, business retreats. Desert Hot Springs is known for it's natural hot springs, small town atmosphere, hiking, and views and it very close to Joshua Tree and Palm Springs.
Dogs welcome! $150 flat pet fee for entire stay (1 small dog under 15 lbs max and must be non-aggressive and house-trained). No other animals are allowed (no cats, birds, reptiles, large dogs, or aggressive dogs).
Pool and Hot tub Heating is available for $150/day (includes pool and spa heating). Hot tub heating is available at $50/day.
Central heating, cooling, and electric fireplace are available for you to use as desired. FREE FAST WIFI. EV charger for electric cars (Tesla drivers must bring their Tesla Adaptor).
THE POOL HAS NO SAFETY FENCING. NO DIVING ALLOWED.
We are family friendly but not fully kid safe. We have no safety gate surrounding the pool, steps in the backyard, a gas fire pit, electrical cords, and electrical outlets. All guests must be good swimmers and must acknowledge the risks at time of booking.
Children and pets should never be left unattended. Swim at your own risk and never swim alone. If you are sick, pregnant, or have a health issues, we ask that you do not use the pool or hot tub as safety is our primary concern.
Serious injury, spinal cord damage, or death may occur from diving. No diving allowed. By renting our home or being a guest of the renter you absolve us, the owners, of liability due to injury or death.
POOL IS 6 FEET DEEP on the deep end.
The maximum pool 87F & spa temp is 101F. Spa heating are controlled by guest upon arrival. Spa heating takes about 30-60 minutes,
Pool is cleaned 2 days per week on alternating days M-F, usually in the morning. Pets are not allowed in the pool as pet hair clogs the filters.
Gardener comes once a week to maintain exterior landscaping.

Charcoal Grill: guest is responsible for their own charcoal. If there is extra charcoal at the home, you may use it for barbequing. Please be careful and do not use the grille within 10 feet of the home.

There is 1 security camera in the property located in the front yard- it is monitoring the front of the garage. It is recording 24/7 for security purposes. there is 1 noise monitor in the backyard which is required by City of Desert Hot Springs. It is monitoring noise decibels only and is not recording video or audio.
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
NOISE: All Desert Cities in Riverside County have strict ordinances that govern vacation rentals. In particular, we want you to note that "NO outside music is allowed at vacation rental homes." I know, we all love our tunes out by the pool, but it's just not allowed by law. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside the home). Please abide by this rule so you don't get fined by the police, and so we don't lose our vacation rental permit.
Guest is responsible for any fines, citations or penalties imposed against the property owner for actions triggering a violation of the City of Desert Hot Springs. Such examples can be found in our House Rules. All Credit card fees are not refundable if reservation is canceled.
