Step out the back door to the private yard well equipped for cookouts or relaxing! Short walk to the local coffee shop, art gallery or rent scooters & paddle boards! Minutes to downtown for great restaurants & the harbor. Enjoy this newly updated space that is ready for all your needs-including work areas! Discounts available for longer stays.

The space
1920’s Beach Cottage, charming, super clean and fresh! Plenty of spaces to relax, prepare meals, work or enjoy the beach vibe.

Main floor half bath, kitchen, dining, living and laundry.

Second floor full bath, 2 bedrooms with closets and large hallway closet.

MAXIMUM 6 GUESTS. THE SPACE BETTER ACCOMMODATES 4 PEOPLE. 6 PEOPLE WILL BE SNUG

**Inside staircase is steep (there is a secure handrail). We can provide a gate!

Guest access
Entire house yard and parking.

Other things to note
All items on premises for guest use including beach cart, umbrella, chairs and cooler. There is also a twin sized air mattress for your convenience. The cottage manual contains all info for cottage-where everything is and info for fun stuff to do/see.

We love the Summer but Connecticut is also a great place to see the beautiful Fall Foliage!!

Awesome…

From the day I rented to the time I left (6 weeks) everything was great!! Nicole couldn’t have been a better host!! The location is awesome! This little house is a hidden gem!! I loved here so much I have a permanent rental 5 minutes away. I will definitely be telling my friends and family about this place.
